Supply Chain
The relationship we have with our supply chain is of great importance to us and we believe in developing collaborative partnerships with our suppliers.
Our supply chain relationships are characterised by efficiency, honesty and co-operation and we recognise the importance of total cost, quality and innovation during delivery. We engage early with our supply chain to identify opportunities for innovation and we continually look for ways in which we can work together to improve on current practices to provide our clients with optimised solutions.
Supply Chain Sustainability School (SCSS)
We are actively involved in the Supply Chain Sustainability School which provides a learning environment designed to educate the construction supply chain about sustainability.
The school is a collaboration between major UK contractors, providing free training to help our mutual suppliers and subcontractors to become more sustainable. This free resource, available to any supplier or subcontractor, represents a common approach to developing sustainability competence in the supply chain.
