Our Sectors

HOCHTIEF (UK) Construction Ltd offers innovative solutions to complex civil engineering schemes throughout the UK in the highways, rail, structures, tunnelling, marine and energy sectors.

We are just as at home delivering multi-lane highways with complex structures as we are single carriageway link roads, roundabout reconfigurations and junction improvements and we have been providing award-winning solutions in and around the UK rail infrastructure since the early 1990s, with successes ranging from major station upgrades and railway extensions to platform alterations, and clearance work for electrification.

We deliver award-winning bridges and structures across the world ranging in scale and complexity from single span road bridges to intricate lifting bridges and the iconic 2.7km cable-stayed Queensferry Crossing, and we bring world-class expertise to the delivery of tunnelling, marine and energy projects, supported by the international expertise of our Technical Competence Centre in Germany.

Whatever the challenge, we work with our clients and supply chain to devise sustainable solutions that add value, improve buildability and leave a positive legacy for local communities.
