Safety is a core value at HOCHTIEF.   BRAVE (Be Responsible and Value Everyone) is our Behavioural Change Programme and through this programme we engage a culture and environment where employees feel empowered to speak up, report hazards and suggest improvements , continually, monitoring and improving our safety standards.   We adhere to strict safety protocols and regularly conduct training sessions to ensure that all employees are aware of best practices.
